Inadequate packaging
My initial order was turned down, and I'm still puzzled as to why! It would really help if there were guidelines on what items can't be shipped in the future. When I finally recalled everything I wanted, I ended up omitting a few things that actually went through. The delivery to my local store was prompt, but unfortunately, all the products were just tossed into the box without any padding. By the time I got home, everything was drenched in shampoo from the bottles that had leaked. Such a waste of product!
